Hypsee helps spiritual advisors run their livestreams efficiently and profitably and also lets them share their wisdom through quick, personalized video reply to paid requests and questions from their community. Advisors from across the globe use Hypsee to share their personal advice, mentorship, custom content, coaching, and more at the prices they choose. Why Was Hypsee Created?
We realized that creators were dealing with an evolving landscape with many new digital opportunities to share their insights with their communities, but few tools to do it with. Livestreamers in particular had no effective way to track their paid interactions and missed opportunities during their events. Many were not being compensated for the time that they did put in. Essentially, Hypsee is a business tool to help manage your time and income more efficiently through connecting with your audience.

Hypsee can enhance what you already offer on your website by giving your followers the opportunity to see what it would be like to get a few minutes of your time. It’s an authentic way to start a personal relationship with your clients, which can be expanded through your formal coaching sessions and programs. Many advisors with similar services on their website enjoy additional income and clients from Hypsee each month.

Hypsee’s Livestream Manager is a unique tool, but even if you don’t livestream, Hypsee lets you have 1-on-1 personal and exclusive interactions, rather than exclusive content for a group of supporters. There is a lower barrier to entry because followers can purchase a service from you on an individual basis, rather than via a monthly subscription.

Hypsee and Cameo serve different needs. Hypsee enables creators to share their wisdom and connect with individual followers in an exclusive and meaningful way, on both a one-time and on-going basis.
I don’t want to charge my followers
You don’t have to! We were inspired by the ancient practice of Dāna, and created an option for you to offer services with a donation as low as $0.01. Your followers will be encouraged to pay an additional tip after they receive your response (but the choice is theirs).
Your Profile & Getting Started
How to sign up
- Go to the main page, and click the big “join now” button, or from any of the pages on our site click “join now” and select “creators”.
- Sign in using your social media platform with the biggest following. If your main platform is TikTok, you can sign in with your Google or email account.
- Remember to use the same login information you used to sign up every time you enter the site.
- At this point, you can also choose your preferred language.
- Select your top skills.
- For example: vocal coaching, life guidance, or tarot reading.
- Choose your preferred currency.
- Check that your email is correct.
- After completing the sign up process you will receive an email from us. Please open it and confirm your email here to ensure you receive notifications about requests from your followers.
After you’ve finished signing up, you will receive an email notification with your first request. It will be from a member of the Hypsee team, inviting you to create an intro video for your profile. This will let you try out Hypsee and give page visitors an idea of who you are and what they can ask/get from you on Hypsee. After responding to this request, you will receive $20 in your Hypsee balance.
How to edit profile/ add services
- To edit, click your avatar in the upper right-hand corner, select your username, then click “Edit my profile” on the page that opens.
- To create a new livestream event, scroll down to My Livestreams and click on “Add New Event”
- Fill out the event name
- Fill out the event time
- Click on the platform you will be streaming from
- Select the live and other services you want to offer, or create new services
- You can choose to offer a prepaid discount to people who preorder
- You can also limit the number of people who can be in the queue
- Once you’re ready, just click “Create Livestream”
- To add a service, click “add a new service”.
- Fill out the service title, description, price, and number of days it will take you to respond. We recommend including as many details as possible in the description to avoid confusion and miscommunication with your followers.
- Feel free to add multiple-choice questions using the “add preemptive questions” tool. This ensures all requests match your standards and your responses fit the needs of your followers.
- Note the option to restrict the form of input (text, voice recording, video, etc).
- You will need to add a visual to each service, such as an image or video link, to make your profile fit your style/brand.
- There’s also an option to add multi-request packages at discounted rates.
- When you’re finished, hit done.
- To edit an existing service, click the pencil icon in the upper left-hand corner of the service you want to change.
- If you want to temporarily disable a service and prevent new incoming requests, hit the eye icon on the bottom left side of that service. To temporarily disable all of your services, scroll to the bottom (left side) of the page and turn on your vacation mode. If you know when you will be active again, you can enter the end date.
On your public profile, your followers will be able to see reviews and 30-second samples of your most recent responses at the bottom of your profile. These give your audience a taste of what to expect and typically encourages more people to make a purchase. Note that responses are only made public with the explicit permission of the person who made the request.

How will people find me on Hypsee?
Most of the traffic on your Hypsee page will be from your followers on other platforms. Consistently informing your audience about your services and sharing links is the best way to increase requests on Hypsee.
After signing up, you can be connected with a personal Success Specialist to discuss a tailored approach. They can provide suggestions for how to promote your Hypsee page and encourage more requests.
I need a break - How do I make my account temporarily inactive?
To temporarily deactivate all of your services:
- Click your avatar, select your username, and then on the page that opens select “Edit my profile”.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and turn on vacation mode (bottom left).
- If you know when you will be active again, you can enter the end date.
- If you don’t enter an end date it’s important to remember to go back and manually switch “vacation mode” off.
If you want to temporarily disable a specific service and prevent new incoming requests, hit the eye icon on the bottom left side of that service.

Livestream Manager
Can I livestream on Hypsee?
No, you continue to livestream on your existing platform - Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, etc. But you also create a “live event” on Hypsee which appears on your profile page and allows people to preorder your services.
I already sell paid readings on my lives - why do I need Hypsee?
You can offer a number of services at different rates. Instead of the disorganization of Paypal orders and the high fees of Superchats and other in-platform payment options, you’ll have the convenience of our livestream dashboard and end-to-end service (from payment to repeat purchase).
What is a Live Event on Hypsee?
Every time you schedule a livestream on another platform (Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, etc.) you should create an associated “live event” on Hypsee where your followers can see what services are available and preorder (and then order, when the event is live). When you go live, you start the live event on Hypsee as well and conveniently answer the requests you receive from the live manager queue window. Don’t forget to close the live event at the end of your livestream!
How do I use the Live Manager during my Livestream?
When you go live, start the live event you’ve created and check your request queue. Any requests you receive will appear in your live event queue, as a list of requests that you need to reply to. Go through them one by one, answer (or reject - refunds are very easy, no effort on your part) and click “done” when the request is complete. When the livestream is over, close your live event as well. You’ll receive a summary mail outlining your earnings. Any requests that you don’t get to during the livestream will be automatically converted to recorded requests that you can answer at your convenience (within seven days, usually). You can find them in your “My Requests” folder.
What does the Livestream Manager cost?
The live manager is free - no commission is applied. We do charge a 9.6% processing fee that covers payments, admin and overhead.

What kind of services can I offer?
There’s a variety of services Wisors can offer on Hypsee- what’s right for you depends on your expertise and audience. You can offer anything from personal advice to a custom tutorial, and everything in between.
After joining Hypsee and creating a profile, you will be connected with a personal Success Specialist who can help you with customizing your profile.
I sent a response to a request & can’t edit it
Responses cannot be edited or replaced after they are sent. Please keep this in mind when responding to requests.
If you noticed a problem with a response you’ve sent and need to replace it, please contact support@hypsee.com immediately.
I have a question for my follower who made a request- how do I contact them?
If you feel it’s necessary to get more information from a follower before responding to their request, you can contact support@hypsee.com. That being said, we highly recommend you add as many details as possible to your service to ensure requests include all the necessary information. Check out “How to edit profile/ add services” under “Your Profile & Getting Started” for more info, or contact your personal Success Specialist.
How much do I charge?
You have the freedom to choose whatever price you want. Typically advisors on average charge between $25-$75 per service depending on the time and effort it requires from them. Emergency services (where you provide a response within 24-48 hours) are typically more expensive. Your Success Specialist is available to help you regarding prices, services, etc.
How do I respond to a request?
You will receive email notifications each time a new request comes in. Save team@Hypsee.com in your contacts so notifications go directly to your main inbox.
- To see all your requests on the platform go to “My Requests”.
- On the left, you can select “Unanswered” to see unanswered requests for recorded services. You will see “Livestream” for any livesream event preorders or orders you received. And “Completed” is an archive of your answered requests. Additionally, you can select any of the followers listed to see all of their answered and unanswered requests.
- To respond to a request hit “view request” and when you’re ready click “answer” to give your response.
Please note -
- Hypsee interactions are designed to be in the format of 1 request - 1 response to help our creators save time. So, you can only send ONE response to a follower’s request.
- Each response has a due date based on the time-frame you set up in your services. You can see the due date on each request in the upper right-hand corner. It’s important that you respond on time.
- Video responses have a limit of 10 minutes on desktop and 3 minutes on mobile. If you need a longer recording, or wish to edit the video first you can add a URL link to an unlisted YouTube video.
As soon as you answer a request, the payment will enter your balance on your Hypsee account. You may need to refresh your page to see the updated balance.

Costs & Withdrawal
How do I withdraw funds?
- Make sure to add your PayPal email to your account. Click your avatar in the upper right-hand corner, select “settings”, and enter your PayPal email. Hit “save” at the top when you’re done.
- After that’s done, click your avatar, select “balance” and click withdraw.
Please note -
- You need at least $50 in your balance to make a withdrawal and it can take up to 5 business days to complete the transaction.
- Any payment you received within the past 10 days will be listed under “pending”. The reason we have this policy in place is for anti-fraud protection in order to protect our advisors, followers, and our company. After 10 days have passed, you will be able to access your money.
- The steps to make a withdrawal may be different on mobile devices. If you have any questions please contact support@hypsee.com.
I can’t withdrawal my money
If you are not able to withdraw money, please check the following:
- You have at least $50 in your Hypsee balance.
- The money you are looking to withdraw has entered your balance at least 10 days prior to the date you wish to withdraw (for anti-fraud protection).
- You’ve added your PayPal email to your profile.
- If you haven’t - click your avatar in the upper right-hand corner, select “settings”, and enter your PayPal email.Hit “save” at the top when you’re done.
If you’re still not able to withdraw your money please contact support@hypsee.com and provide as many details as possible.
How much does it cost?
Joining and using Hypsee is free. We champion your growth and only benefit when you do.
Live Services:
Payment processing fees of 9.6% applies to your earnings, with zero commission, keeping more of your earnings with you.
Recorded Services:
- First 6 months:
- Earn up to $250/month: Only a 9.6% payment processing fees, no commission.
- Earn over $250/month: 9.6% payment processing fees plus a 10.4% commission.
- After 6 months: All earnings have a 9.6% payment processing fees and a 10.4% commission.
These fees encompass taxes, escrow, and access to a personal Success Specialist for deals, discounts, and data insights to fuel your success.

Rights & Security
Is Hypsee secure?
Hypsee is a secure website that works with thousands of advisors, handling sensitive requests from followers and confidential responses from advisors.
We use PayPal for our payment system and our Website and Services have physical, electronic, and managerial security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. For more information please visit our Privacy Policy.
Does Hypsee have access to my data/accounts?
Hypsee does not have access to any of your personal information including accounts you connect to your Hypsee profile, such as your email or YouTube. The only information our site will acquire from your other accounts is your name, email, language preference, and profile picture. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Rights and property ownership
All content you create and share on Hypsee belongs to you. With your follower/client’s permission, you are allowed to reuse the content you create on Hypsee on other platforms. For more information, please review our Terms of Service or discuss with your Success Specialist.
Private 1:1 Sessions
What are PPM Instant Sessions?
PPM Instant Sessions are a way for you to provide instant, one-on-one services to your clients via video, voice, or chat. This feature allows you to connect with clients in real time without needing to pre-schedule appointments.
How do I set up PPM Instant Sessions?
- Log into your Hypsee account.
- Navigate to the "Creator Studio" area.
- Click on 1:1 Sessions in the Studio menu if you need to change settings.
- Configure your pricing (per minute) and choose the session types you’d like to offer (video, voice, or chat).
- Enable the Instant Sessions Availability toggle to make your sessions visible on your profile page.
- Tell your community about your new service and invite them to speak to you!
Do I need to have the Hypsee app on my phone?
Yes, we require that you download the Hypsee app because you need to receive notifications of the incoming calls, which is most convenient on the phone (you will also be notified on desktop, if you are logged into Hypsee on your browser). The app actually enables full functionality and is a convenient way to use Hypsee on your device.
How will I know when a client is requesting an Instant Session?
When a client initiates an Instant Session, you will receive a notification through the Hypsee app on your phone. Make sure to have notifications enabled and make sure to enable microphone and camera if requested, in order to avoid missing requests.
What happens if I’m unavailable?
If you’re unable to answer a call, it will time out and the user will not be charged for the interaction.
How do I receive payments for Instant Sessions?
Payments are processed automatically after each session based on your per-minute rate. Funds will be deposited into your balance and you can withdraw them at any time according to Hypsee’s payment terms.
Can I set limits on session length?
No, you can’t limit session durations but you’re free to end the call at any time.
What should I do if a client violates the platform’s guidelines during a session?
If a client behaves inappropriately, you can end the session immediately and report the incident through Hypsee’s support system. Our team will review the report and take necessary action.
Why did my session suddenly end?
The buyer may have ended the call or there may have been a problem with the buyer’s credit card.
Why am I unavailable even though I set myself to available?
If you miss two calls in a row or cancel two calls in a row, the system automatically sets you to unavailable so that the buyer experience remains positive, but you can reactivate your availability at any time.
Are there any fees or commissions for using this service?
Hypsee retains a commission of up to 12% from each session's earnings. Payment processing fees are 7.5%. There are no upfront fees to use the platform; the commission is deducted automatically before your payout.
What if I have questions or problems with the service?

What devices are supported for Instant Sessions?
Instant Sessions are supported on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Ensure you have a stable internet connection for the best experience and make sure your microphone and camera are activated, if relevant (for audio/video calls).

All sessions are encrypted to ensure your privacy and security. No personal information is shared between creators and buyers.
What should I do if I encounter technical issues during a session?

Followers
Signing Up & Sending A Request
How do I send a request?
- Find the creator you’re looking for by clicking on their Hypsee page link or by using our search bar.
- Once you're on their profile, select the service you want and enter your request. Generally, you should be able to send video, audio, or text requests. You can select livestream services, if the creator has scheduled a livestream, and you will receive your service during the course of their broadcast.
- When your request is ready to send, press “proceed to check out” to make your payment.
- Here you will have the option to enter a promo code, if you have, or in some cases, there’s the option to pay for multiple requests and receive a discount.
- Please note that you can only choose one discount option. If you have a promo code and request for a multi-request package- the higher of the 2 discounts will be applied to your purchase.
- When you’re ready to pay, click “pay now. You can choose to pay using paypal, credit card, or debit card.
- After payment is complete you will receive an email confirmation that your request has gone through. Please note the allocated time for the advisor to respond to your request if it’s a recorded request or the time and date of the livestream if it’s a live event. You will receive an email notification when they respond. If you’ve purchased a livestream service, you’ll receive a notification shortly before it’s your turn. You can keep track of all of your requests on the site under “my requests”.
- New (unrated) is where new responses from a creator will appear.
- After reviewing their answer, you can give a rating, review, and tip.
- We suggest you download responses you’ve received to ensure you always have access to them.
- The Prepaid section is to keep track of unused requests from multi-request packages that you’ve purchased
- Drafts keep tracks of requests you started filling out but didn’t finish or submit.
- The Sent section is where you can find all of your unanswered requests.You can go back and edit your request until it’s opened by the advisor. You can see if it’s been opened by looking at the mail icon on the left corner of each request. An opened letter means it’s been viewed, and a closed one means it has not.
- Recent shows you requests that have received an answer and you’ve submitted a review/rating and/or tip.
- And canceled is for the requests that have been canceled by you or declined by the advisor. If your request has been declined you will receive an email notification.
- You can cancel a request if the advisor fails to respond within the time-frame specified on the request.
- After canceling, the money will be refunded to your Hypsee balance. You may choose to either use the money for a new request or withdraw it to your PayPal account by going to your avatar, selecting “balance”, and clicking “withdraw”.

- If you signed up using one of the identity buttons (YouTube, Facebook, etc.), you must login with the same information connected to that account to access your requests.

Why was my request declined?
If your request has been declined, you will receive an email notification with a brief explanation and a refund will enter your Hypsee balance. You are welcome to use that money to make another purchase or to withdraw it using your PayPal information.
Why did I get an intro video request?
If you’ve received an email notification and/or notification on your profile for an intro video request, you have accidentally signed up as a “creator” instead of as a “follower”. You can ignore the request and continue to use your account or you can choose to create a new account as a follower by doing the following:
- Click “join now” at the top of any page on the site and select “followers”.
- Choose your preferred sign up option.

How much does it cost to sign up?
Signing up and using our platform is free. The only cost is the actual service you would be purchasing from an advisor, which is listed directly on that service.
Receiving A Response
I never received a response from the advisor
If you don’t see your response, please check the following:
- Has the due-date passed for the response?
- Your original request includes the maximum number of days it will take the advisor to respond.
- Are you logged into the account you used to send the request?
- Make sure the email address you used to send the request is the same one you’re using to sign in and find a response. (You should also get an email notification that your request has been answered.)
- If you signed up using one of the identity buttons (YouTube, Facebook, etc.), you must login with the same information connected to that account.
If you’ve checked both of these and still cannot find your response, there’s a chance the advisor is busy and needs a bit extra time to reply. We recommend giving them an additional few days, however you are welcome to cancel your request if the allotted time to respond has passed.
My response is here, but I don’t see it!
Please make sure you are logged into the correct account using the same email address you used to send the request. You should have received an email notification to that email address). If you signed up using one of the identity buttons (YouTube, Facebook, etc.), you must login with the same information connected to that account.
Once logged in to the correct account look under “My Requests” (top right) then “new (unrated)”.
The advisor sent a response, and I have a follow-up question?
Hypsee interactions are designed to be in the format of 1 request - 1 response to help our advisors save time. So, you can only send ONE request per paid service. You can purchase an additional service or (if the advisor has created this option) purchase several services in advance at a discounted rate.
How can I show the advisor I loved their response?
After you receive a response, you can tip an advisor directly on their response or click “support {advisor’s name}” on the upper right hand corner of their profile. Additionally, after receiving a response you can send a review/rating which will be displayed on their profile.
I'm not happy with the response I received. (Can I get my money back?)
Please contact support@hypsee.com with as many details as possible regarding why you are not satisfied with your service and why you believe you are entitled to a refund. Our team will review your case and get back to you as soon as possible.

Payments, Coupons, Refunds
How do I pay?
When sending a request to an advisor, you will be prompted to choose your form of payment. We currently accept PayPal, credit card, or debit card.
My payment didn’t go through
Please send an email to support@hypsee.com, stating the device and browser you are using (if you tried multiple devices/browsers list all of them) and include a screenshot of the error. A member of our team will reach out to you as soon as possible.
My coupon isn't working
Please check that your coupon code is not expired.
Additionally, be aware that if you are applying a coupon code and a multi-request payment discount to a purchase, only the highest of the 2 discounts will be applied.

My request was declined and I don’t see the refund
Please first check that you are logged into the account using the same email address that was used to send the original request. After you’ve done that, check your Hypsee balance by clicking on your avatar and selecting “balance”.
Your refund should be there and can be used towards another purchase on Hypsee or withdrawn to your PayPal account. You may need to refresh your page or clear your cache.
Requesting a refund
You can request a refund for the following reasons:
- You have sent a request, the allotted time for your advisor to answer has passed, and you still have not received a response.
- We typically suggest waiting just in case your advisor got busy, but in this circumstance you can cancel the requests and have the payments refunded to your Hypsee balance. To cancel, go to “My Requests” and select the “Sent” tab. There should be a button on the right side of your pending request marked as “Cancel”. Click this button to cancel your request.
- You have received a response that does not fit the description of the service and you are unsatisfied.
- Please note - this type of refund is considered on a case by case basis. You must formally submit a request to support@hypsee.com with as many details as possible on why you believe you are entitled to a refund and our team will get back to you ASAP.

1:1 Sessions
What are Instant Sessions?
Instant Sessions allow you to connect instantly with your favorite spiritual advisors, tarot readers, and astrologers for personalized guidance via video, voice, or chat. These sessions are charged on a per-minute basis.
How do I request an Instant Session?
- Either go to your selected creator’s page link or log into your Hypsee account and browse creators who offer Instant Sessions by checking their profiles.
- Click on the available type of Instant Session (voice/audio/chat) on an available creator’s profile and add or confirm your credit card information.
- Wait for the creator to answer your call – it may take some time, so please be patient.
- If the creator is unavailable, the call will end and you will not be charged. Any amount taken in advance from your card will be refunded to your balance and can be withdrawn.
How much do Instant Sessions cost?
The cost of Instant Sessions depends on the creator’s per-minute rate. You will see the rate clearly displayed before starting a session.
What happens if the creator is unavailable?
If the creator is unavailable to answer, the call will time out after a set time. You will soon also have the option to schedule a session at a later time.
Can I end a session at any time?
Yes, you can end the session at any time. You will only be charged for the minutes used.
How are payments processed?
Your credit card will be charged for the first ten minutes of the session when you place the call. If the call does not go through this amount is returned to your balance and can be used on Hypsee or withdrawn. If the call does go through, you’ll be charged again after ten minutes at which point you are charged for nine more minutes. This is repeated every nine minutes from then on so long as the call continues. Any partial amount that is unused is returned to your Hypsee balance at the end of the call.
What if I’m unsatisfied with the session?
If you’re not satisfied, you can submit feedback and request support through Hypsee’s help center. Refunds or credits may be issued only in the event of technical issues that significantly interfered with the call.
Are there rules for using Instant Sessions?
Yes, all users must adhere to Hypsee’s community guidelines, which prohibit harassment, inappropriate behavior, and misuse of the platform. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?
Beyond the per-minute rate set by the creator, there are no additional fees for using Instant Sessions. However, please review the creator's profile for any specific terms or conditions they may have.
